Kirstin Skinner is the Founder and Managing Director of Workplace Culture Institute, with over 12 years of experience in human resources and organisational development. Holding a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Employment Relations and Human Resources, Kirstin specialises in helping organisations strengthen culture, develop leaders and support teams to perform at their best.

Throughout her career, she has been passionate about shifting HR beyond compliance and towards a more proactive, human-centred approach, that genuinely supports people and business performance. Through Workplace Culture Institute, Kirsten partners with leaders to uncover the real drivers of engagement, address the root of workplace challenges and create cultures where people feel safe, valued and empowered.
