Workplace Culture Institute are a group of passionate, proactive workplace specialists with professional backgrounds in business development and Human resources. We work with organisations to strengthen and improve organisational culture.
Workplace Culture Institute was created to inspire every organisation to unlock unseen potential by applying a holistic and innovative approach. We motivate individuals to find what they’re passionate about, what they’re good at and what adds values to the company. We believe that every organisation can be a great place to work. Meet Our Leadership Team

Murray
Director
Murray has had a long and distinguished business career. He founded the Ausnet Real Estate Group back in 1996, Mortgage Solutions Australia and Landmark Settlements in 2001, and was at the forefront in creating a one stop real estate experience for consumers.

The Ausnet Real Estate Group now trades as The Agency, and is listed on the ASX.

Murray is absolutely passionate about the significant effects Workplace Culture can have on businesses. Through his own personal experience in building a team of 53 staff, he developed a series of proven strategies that dramatically improved workplace morale, staff participation and loyalty. Those strategies created a dynamic team environment, which had a flow on effect into turnover, profitability and sustainability.

His involvement in the Workplace Culture Institute is something he is very proud of, and he looks forward to sharing his experiences with other like-minded business people.
Kirstin
Director
Every day Kirstin actively looks for opportunities to enhance fulfillment in friends and families working experiences. She truly believes that making positive changes to culture is the most crucial piece to making organisations more successful.

She finds working with improving culture very rewarding. The benefits of having a positive workplace culture not only benefits the business itself but for the individuals and their families.

She is a well-versed human resources professional with thorough knowledge in transactional, operational and strategic HR functions. Kirstin prides herself in being a tactful communicator who works meticulously to ensure desired objectives are reached.

Away from the desk, Kirstin spends her time with her German Shephard pup, out on the water or in the country.
Paul
Director
Paul has over 40 years experience in advising business owners and individuals with business improvement solutions. His proudest moment in his career was when he jointly founded a firm on the ideals of quality and service. It grew to be ranked in the top 5 of its category in Australia.

Specifically in the 30 years of directing his boutique firm, Paul quickly realised the value of culture. He prides himself on his success in achieving elite people engagement and gets tremendous joy in sharing his ‘tricks of the trade’ with fellow business owners through stories to encourage them to do the same.

Paul is a qualified Chartered Accounted who specialises in business development and business start ups. Helping clients achieve their desired outcome is his ultimate reward.

Away from the desk, Paul is kept very busy with his growing family. He spends his time at the hobby farm, babysitting his grandchildren and cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
